Because he is the only one who respects and keeps her on pedestal. Suhani (and most FLs in itv) blame and insult people who respect them but will be complete doormats in front of people who treat them like trash. Why are they justifying Suhani's move of marrying Ansh? That is more frustrating than Shadi itself. She isn't even acknowledging that she is wrong. If Ansh starts torturing her, this abla nari is still going to blame Ranveer saying tumhare vajah se yeh sab hua not once did she think that why didn't I wait for Ranveer a bit longer?

If roles were reversed, Ranveer would have waited all his life for this girl no matter what anyone said.
