I like mani ratnam but he has been spectacularly out of form in the last decade

The only film where u could see traces of his brilliance was ok kanmani…and that worked more so coz of rahman and the leads …

I believe it’s a Tamil historical fiction novel that has been adapted into a film

It’s based on the Chola dynasty…but it’s fiction.

So good to see Ash after so long. Period dramas are her forte and Nandini is an excellent character that is right up her alley, so can't wait to see her sink her teeth into the role.

It's a 500 crore budget film, so I am sure Mani Ratnam left no stone unturned. It's been his dream project for 25 years. Glad to see it finally got made.

But waiting for 7 more months is PAINFUL!!!

Budget is really scaring me but still want to watch this movie, i have confidence on Mani ratnam sir. His worst movie is also worth watching... No words for his best 👍🏼
