I love South Action flicks!! The impeccable style of Rajni Sir's dialogue delivery is inspiration for any generation of actors all over India!! To think he is from Maharashtra but became superstar of Tamil films!!Just like Shivaji Maharaj himself how he won the maximum Southern Coast of India under his control and then influenced the whole country!! Same like Rajni Sir!! Co incidentally Rajni Sir's real name is also Shivaji!!

This is such a miscast!! This actors will not even use Marathi or Marathi accented dialogues in the show!! Even if they try , They will fail!! This show needed native actors!! ITV creatives I don't know why the hell they do not understand that casting just anyone will not be ok for a historical!! 😡

So it’s not Samiksha….hmmm…and they didn’t decide Mastaani…does it mean Mastaani won’t have a significant role…understandable, since titular characters are Kashibai Bajirao, so may be the show will focus on them…

I think they are going for newbies coz known and bankable Stars will have higher price tags…let’s see how this show goes…right now it isn’t doing that well…

Exactly!! Historicals need more hard work , devotion and budget and more expensive sets and customes and everything to make it look viewable!! The past era of the empires were glorious ones!! SaiShi can effortlessly pull off the characters of Bajirao and Kashibai and if they wants to play villain then Raghunath Rao and Anandibai effortlessly without any issue!! They have that much screen presence and acting skills!! Their first show is already an international sensation and top 5 ITV show of the year 2021. What more do you need of their acting caliber.

no matter how many times we rant about this, it's not enough

but I'll always hope they are cast together in some historical with each other

but I think the actress which is cast will look slightly better as a Marathi than Samiksha

Can't say anything about mastani being part of it or not right now but they will surely bring her in future storyline to grab eyeballs and raise trp.

There was a show on Sony also called " Bajirao" . they claimed to focus on bajirao conquest but eventually they too brought the Mastani angle
