There were rumours long time ago that the serial will shut shop with Sairat confession in April. I am seeing the show moving in that direction. I know it doesn't make sense for the channel to let go of a top performing show but God knows what is happening behind the scenes. The blatant condemnation of a fandom on national TV seems really odd to me because it is all scripted by the channel. To what end all of this??

It better ends because this ph can't think out of the box to move the story.. Even Ayesha mentioned that she wants to work with good directors ..so it will end by April

So we will not see any sairat journey or progressions of their relationship.. I was more interested to see Sai's solo journey..

Honestly the story had many layers but the makers are didn't get what Leena wanted to say..

No wonder Neil has almost given up on everything.. It was his job but will end in April

It won’t shut shop .. whether Sai/ virat / or pakhi die .. or leaves … it is top performing show .. the rights belong to the channel .. even if the producers don’t want to continue they will simply hand it over to another ph ..

So stop believing in any news ..

Have you not seen the case of yeh rishta .. they killed of Shivangi mohsin .. and started a new show with new generation..

In the case of sathiya .. they killed off the hero abd his family abd rebooted the show .. in tamarind they made the hero second lead and introduced a new one ..

there is no guarantee of Neil bhatt / Ayesha / aishwarya staying ij the show .. but star plus will run this show simply because it has excellent trp abd good audience ..

other new shows don’t even fetch 1/3 the trp it gets .. and they are mounted at huge cost ..

The production house is milking this show abd running their other flop shows … if they close down Ghum they won’t have money to run their other shows and that’s the hard truth

And the channel does not ignore Ghum .. see the amount of promos bhatt couple getting compared to others .. sai is always promoted along with Anupama in all the star festivals.. she has gradually taken the space occupied by shivangi Joshi ..

you all feel .. Ayesha should do something more .. do you know other actresses will give an eye teeth to be in the space occupied by her ..to be the face of the 2 ranked show ..

what will a few MVs fetch her .. some million views .. to be continuously watched by millions daily in tv is a big big thing ..

3-4 years of being Sai can act wonders for her .. look at the space Divyanka, hina are in .. when they act in reality shows .. they almost are certain to be winners because of their popularity..which No MV or webseries can guarantee..

Can you tell me where the story is heading.. It seems nothing to look out for..

Doesn't it look boring heroin has been crying over three months ..

There is no progression in the story line and no connection between tracks..

How it makes sense virat to act pricey when he was already melting..

See what I can make out they are stuck in a dilemma.. because Hindi audience n Bengali audience have different sensibilities which they feel

In Hindi serials after consummation.. the fun in story gets over abd audience move ahead .. but it was not the case in yeh rishta .. the continued success with family tracks in a couple sustained for years both in hina time and also shivangi time

PH did not want to show consummation which was coming naturally in KD .. and then brought in the shruti track . But now they have to think in their own feet because from here it is only emon pregnancy.. and Rono’s behaviour with her and family

My hunch was they could have brought back the confessions and shown the story with Sai n virat those 3-4 months durga Puja , baba becoming Ill , rupkotha fake pregnancy and then the cousin sister wedding .. in this time ..

Maybe they could have gradually shown the 2 years leap . Then Sai becoming pregnant and then shruti / pakhi rearing the ugly head .

now all this is there .. when Sai n virat are not parents ..

after that the story moves to them as parents .. now whether they want to act as parents .. or want to leave the show and get new actors .,

PH can very well do both .,

my hunch is they will show the whole KD .. then maybe kill them off .. retain Sai .. in the generation leap .. and use a new Bengali show .. 😂😂😂

Yes in the original shruti wanted her son to Marry Emon and rono's daughter.. She even got bangles as shagoon for Pekhom.. But leena ended the story..

Hindi tv is competitive .. a show getting trp above 2 does not get shut down even though actors , story may completely change look at the case of sathiya .. that is not even a slot leader but going through radical changes because it still gets reasonable trp ..

Because new shows the audience move away ..
