As long as it’s not breezy or anything, it’s the same after 0. We get these severe temperatures like only for a couple of days or so every winter but imagine there are well populated places where these kind of temperatures are pretty normal. This is the world’s coldest permanently inhabited place. So fascinating to read about these things.
