Hello Rainbow Friends😊

There is a saying " man proposes God disposes", stands true to me. From last one year I am facing periods problem, undergone medication also but still I cannot assess the date because a sight stress leads to periods. Last sunday I went to statue of equality after two days my BP went high and I am on periods, which lead to cancelation of trip. Hope I overcome this problem soon.

Take care Padma, stress can induce high BP and lot of other illness. Try some relaxation or meditation techniques.
