Who cares what people say? Logically it makes sense that she goes that extra mile for him now. Knowing Harshali, they will rock that scene. And even story wise, Manish is already seeing Naira and Karthik in these two. So if this scene happens with him as the witness, his bond with Abhi will get stronger.

In whatever way you see it, it makes perfect sense.
