The truly horrific event is when you screenshot a message and then accidentally send it back to that person. There is no way to escape that. You need to change your identity at your earliest convenience.

I wanted to screenshot my friend’s message and send it to him. Instead I screenshot his message and send it to him. 😆

Thankfully social media allows for the unsend option. I’ve never deleted a message so fast in my entire life. My hands were shaking from the near death experience. 😆
