The other guy who posted BTS marked him as lead but later clarified that he is a rogue/Gunda mawali while the said actor was shiv bhakt.

By the looks of it, he can't be a lead, must be a delaying tactic for the injection or probably because he is Gunda but Sai calls him Bhau.. he will help her steal the injection 🤣🤣
