I agree with this so much. Like when the season started there was this argument that Aarohi was much better and Akshara is lame. But I kept rooting for Akshara because I thought this is the beginning and her arc is not developed and right now she just has to act as this over the top sweet girl. But the writers never put any proper effort into developing her and in my sole opinion ended up making her really "not smart". Like there is nothing going for Akshara I feel.

But they did put in efforts in preventing Aarohi from becoming a complete villain. May be keeping that one motto in mind and writing her character is what makes it feel like Aarohi has more depth. Whereas making the leads do whatever becomes acceptable because they are, well leads.

I honestly feel the script is letting the lead actors down. These two can act and we've seen it in their scenes together. They can handle emotional ones and the dramatic ones. I need mature dialogues. Actual words coming out of their mouths instead of "I understand" before they even talk 🤔 if you don't build the conversation before hand what does "I understand" even mean. Even normal people who understand each other talk. They don't go mute and just stare at each other.

Akshara growth is baby steps right now. I see it so I'm still patiently waiting. She hasn't fully transformed yet.

And it is a fact that most of the amazing performances of Harsh and Manish does come when they are performing together or calling out certain favourite characters. Most people are comfortable in the echo chamber. It is harder to have a dialogue of discourse because people become naturally defensive that their opinions are somehow getting grading on whether they are smart or right or wrong. And eventually discussion points unravel to calling out someone with a simple phrase "What show are you watching?" - inferring the intelligence of someone.

Some of us have very strong opinions and we will never agree on those points as I know where you stand and I think you know where I stand on things for certain characters.

And quite frankly, I here to enjoy the forums. I don't want to have to tirelessly defend something. So I pick and choose what I feel like engaging in.

Exactly. It's a trait that I see from both sides and I don't expect everyone to be neutral and accepting of other people's opinion. But what really gets to me is the complaining about what other people post and not being able to stay away from it, if it upsets you.

I post what I like and make topics on what I like because I know there are some people who agree with me and I don't prevent/block anyone from posting on my topic either . I go to topics where I know I will be welcomed. I don't go to other people's topics and tell them, you can't do this and that. And if I find some cognitive dissonance or inconsistency that I can't comprehend I ask for clarification.

I'm watching this show bcz I had been watching it for sometime and have an interest to see where it goes. Mostly tho I like interacting with like-minded people and discussing the show with them. I also like to know how different people view same characters and events differently and discussing about it.

I been watching since it started, but I do prefer abhira compared to the previous leads! Also find it funny how people make an effort to wake up early/sleep late depending on demographic just to troll it and make posts. Give me what your sipping because I need that dedication in life 🤣

I don't have problems with any character it's depends on the plot, besides I'm so glad they stopped with 3rd angle! Way too many 2 women fighting over one man shows already out there.

I watch bits and pieces of other shows and trust me this show is the least toxic. plus my love for harshad and the fact that Akshu suits him so much pulls me in even more. If I find it too stressful I do take breaks or if im not liking the plot I take a breather but that's my relation with yrkkh since 2009!

I honestly believe similar to the dislike, the overly attachment to the leads that it affects one badly when their favorite characters are sad or when someone has a differing opinion is as damaging.

Right now, I have learned how forum is, since these last few months are when I got active here. Now, I don't go to topics/thread where my opinions will not be tolerated, so I go to only those topics where I can find similar opinions. 😁

Yes I watched it 🤣🤣 ahemji was the most boringly boring husband ever! Abhi over him any day everyday! By the way I'm still not satisfied with what they show about professions in all itv shows but I'm so glad they started showing male leads wearing normal clothes instead of strutting around in suits holding a file 😅 my innocent mind kept thinking if my future husband was going to be a business man wearing suits everyday 🤣 luckily that's not the case instead he looks like a homeless person who was living under a rock!
