Edited-If hospital scenes of Virat was with Sai, I am sure body doubles would be used but not in a single episode didi was scene with a body-double.

Ghum is a Devar-bhabhi story, with no significance of reel couple. When they were about to confess after MiMo, they got another bhabhi and all the progression was back to square one...sai is the third wheel here, Devar-bhabhi affair me ghusti rehti hai.
Its ridiculous that an actor like PP not only gets to keep her job even when she is so bad at it and also gets unnecessary screen space, space in the montage- all just to accommodate personal equations. And as the audience of the show that needs to tolerate the toxicity and pointlessness of her character and the actors terrible performances, we should definitely call out this kind of unprofessional behavior at every given opportunity.
