They can't base all his scenes in the hospital because we aren't really watching a medical show.....

It's a BTS, I think, of an old dream sequence. That methi dana juice one, where Abhi imagines waking Akshara up in his room.

Will they break up? Probably just not meet much because of Bade Papa's status.. but, difficult to imagine Abhi deciding to break up when Akshara is in such a state
