I am actually quite confused; I have been reading written updates instead of watching the crapfest myself (thanks to the people who go through the torture for the rest of us!), and I am now wondering if I completely misinterpreted the story or something.
The information the Chavans have, Sai did not pass to them right? Be it Mohit seeing Virat check in Shruti as his wife, or the family seeing Virat with Sahas in the hospital, the information that the Chavans obtained to come to the conclusion that Virat sucks is their own right, viewed/heard from their own senses? Then here, why do they keep harping on about how them trusting Sai resulted in this situation. At which point did Sai tell them anything? I am not even angry, I am just baffled, because if I had understood the written updates properly, then there is no way, even for a regressive, illogical show like Ghum, that the family is seen berating Sai and blaming her for Virat's condition. It would be completely bizarre.
Pakhi has lied to the family multiple times and even tried to have an affair with her devar. Why is she treated so much better than Sai is?
Honestly, again if I was correct in my understanding, this show is an embarrassment to the wider Indian community. Look at the quality shows produced by Korean, Western, Japanese, Taiwanese, Pakistani media and we have something like this (I know we have some good shows as well, but Ghum is utterly horrible and disgusting). I don't get personally affected by Tv shows but now the amount of torture Sai, a supposed strong female character, is putting up with is really doing numbers for my mental health. After Virat wakes up from his coma, he is going to convince his family to forgive Sai, because he is that mahan, and Sai would be utterly grateful. I am speechless.
