Yes. They did hint that he is no Birla.

He could be Mahima’s love child that Manjari has been raising all this time. That would make him a non-Birla and yet close to center of Power (Mahima).

However the makers could be completely misleading us with these “hints” or foreshadowing codes that fans love to decode. They could be taking us on a Royal ride to nowhere. 😂
