'Shiva ko Raavi Gamyu' Omggggggggđđ He said it so softly while holding her omgggđđ
The hug was so freaking adorableđĽşđ
Also the Gujarati dialogues are on point even tho Iâm not Gujarati I can understand everything cuz you have written it so beautifullyđ¤đťâ¤ď¸
I canât wait for the next updateeeeeđĽş
I always say this and Iâm gonna say it again that this is my fav ff everrrrr the way youâre writing it so beautifully and how the story is going Iâm in total aweđĽşđ
Also thankyouuu for updating phast phast kyuki mujhse wait hi nhi hotaaaađ¸â¨
Awwwiieeeee this was sooo cuteee soo cute
Shiva held raavi close go him... Oh so softly
RAAVI GAMYUUUUUU... He told this to raavi... Goood going shiva sahi track pe ho.
How Awdorable this whole part was... From shiva's dream to dhara's teasing and mostly sbse pyaara was shivi scene .. Softy softy which had me smiling throughout.
Loved every bit of it. â¤ď¸
Shiva ne raavi ko boldiya that he like her par kya raavi ko samajh aya ki nai aur gadheda kyu bola
Eagerly waiting for next update đâ¤ď¸â¤ď¸
Loved it â¤ď¸â¤ď¸
Awwwwww, Raavi made khaman and Dhokla for Shiva and he likes them too đ How cute are these two!
He confessed that he likes her? Really? đ
it started out as tragic story for Raavi but as the chapters go by, itâs such a feel good story. Shiva is trying everything possible in his capacity to make her feel the best.
So when is Raavi going to decide that she doesnât want to go to Jamnagar, instead stay in Somnath? đ
P.S: You said, donât know Gujarati but how do you write so many dialogues in that language? I am not a Gujarati either but for you to use those words to bring out the flavor of the characters, location, set-up is amazing. Even the writers of this show donât use this much Gujarati in their dialogues. I have never seen anyone other than Dhara and Suman use Gujarati in the show.
Double update ka chance hai kyaa? đ¤Ąđ¤Ą
Not me lurking around here casually and manifesting chapter 13 like- đ¤Ą
I just love your shiva and dhara â¤ď¸
How i wish this bond had remained the same in the show. It's so beautiful, she understands him and is hurt when he is hurt.
Their childhood flashbacks, how he craves raavi ke haatho ka khaman has my heart.no formalities between shivi. Can't wait to see Raavis reaction.
Shiva pandya loves his chipkali and the food prepared by her. What a perfect confession. So simple, so heartwarming â¤ď¸
The progression of this story, the flashbacks, the characters are intricately written. You are an amazing writer and i hope and wish to read more of your work on shivi. Keep writing âŁď¸

13. Life is a Circle
"Huh?"
Raavi was flabbergasted. Did she actually hear Shiva say that he liked her or like before this was also her imagination? She shook her head, surprised at first, confused at the very next moment and she stood in disbelief.
Shiva would die, but never say such words, atleast not to her.
"Kya kaha tune?" She asked, and before Shiva could explain himself, Anita barged in the house, yelling her name from a mile away.
"Anita dii," Shiva pointed at the entrance of the kitchen, "bula rahi hai tujhe."
And to Shiva's great relief, Anita entered the kitchen, and Raavi's attention had shifted from a hesitating Shiva to an upset Anita. "What is wrong?" She asked her sister, who was pretty frustrated by her facial expressions.
"Scooty theek nahi ho sakti, it will take time." Anita sighed and with her Raavi sighed too.
"Abh?"
"Abh ghar."
Shiva piped in with an interest in the conversation, "what is wrong?"
"I am leaving to Jamnagar on Saturday," Raavi said, facing him and missed the streak of sadness etching on his face, "and Massi-maa ne paise diye the, mere shopping ke liye." She explained, her shoulders slumping, Shiva knew how much Raavi loved shopping for herself. "And now that our scooty is not working, we cannot go. Saarey paise toh rickshaw main aane jaane main khatam ho jayenge."
"Kai vando nathi, main le jaata hu tujhe." He shrugged, like it was the simplest solution to their problem.
While Raavi shook her head, distressed, Anita on the other hand nodded. "Saaru." She said, happy that Raavi could go shopping.
"No," Raavi said at the same time, she was not sure about this plan and lately she was getting too close to him and he was acting all the more weird. "I think we can go tomorrow."
"Tomorrow there is this fun-fair in the nearby village," Anita chimed, looking at her sister, "if you go tomorrow, you will miss that."
"Haan, and I am willing to take you right?" Shiva spoke, more like a command than a request. "Problem kya hai?"
"Seriously?" Raavi tilted her head, folding her arms and glaring at him. "Problem kya hai?" She asked him.
"Statue of Liberty se Raavi ban jaa pehle, aur bol, problem kya hai."
"Problem ye hai ki tu sabse zyaada impatient hai, aur mujhe shopping mein time lagta hai."
"Haan toh patient ban jaunga."
"Nahi Shiva, tu ten minutes ke baad, let's go, let's go bolne lagega."
"Nahi kahunga, I swear."
"Aur kaha toh?"
"Toh karle na jaldi se shopping, itna time kyu lagta hai tujhe?"
While they kept bickering back and forth, Anita who was the sole spectator kept turning her head left and right, listening to them in awe. They were fighting like a married couple and as long as there were no tendencies to physical fights she was fine.
"Dekha, abh se hi tujhe jaldi hai."
"Haa meri maa, nahi karunga bas. Abh chalegi?"
"Aur agar tune let's go, let's go ki ratt lagayi toh dekhna, phirse bike speed se le jaungi."
"Ey Maami ki Behen ki Beti, tu mujhe dhamki de rahi hai."
"Haan, Massa ke Behen ka Beta, de rahi hu."
Before they could continue their charade, Anita stood in between the two and one hand on Raavi, the other on Shiva, "bas," She declared, her head pounding by a headache at their bickering. "It is decided that Shiva will take you shopping," Before Raavi could speak, Anita shushed her, "I have decided, Raavi. Baat khatam." Raavi slumped her shoulders again, eyeing Shiva who was teasing her by raising his eyebrows. "Aur tu," Anita pointed at Shiva, "you better go and have a bath, and get changed, both of you."
If this was few weeks back, Anita would have never dared to order Shiva to go and have a bath and Shiva would never listen to her, out of everyone in Somnath but this was Shiva 2.0 because he nodded and moved out to take a bath and freshen up for Raavi's shopping day.
"Am I going insane?" Raavi asked aloud, "or did Shiva just agree to have a bath?"
"You and me both sister." Anita smiled, seeing the angry guy being so sweet and different. "And you, go home, get changed into the dress I kept out for you."
Raavi shook her head, "this looks fine." She did not want to dress up, she was still in the old zone where doing menial tasks took a lot of efforts and time. And after her wedding was called off, she never took time to dress up or even face herself in the mirror.
"Go,"
Muttering few curses to Shiva who agreed to take her out, Raavi moved out of the house, not even greeting Dhara as she left in a daze.
"Arrey, Anita, ye Raavi ne su thayu?"
"Dhara," Anita held her friend's hands, "Save me from these two. Kaise bacche jaise ladte hai."
Dhara chuckled, sympathising with Anita, "think about me, I have to live with these two for the rest of my life, anyway, come I'll give you some tea." And Anita followed Dhara, confused on Dhara's words, but too tired to speak up.
_
Raavi looked at herself in the mirror, she was wearing the lime yellow salwar that she once loved a lot. But lately, she hated looking at her reflection in the mirror. Her eyes were always tired, dark bags underneath them, hair messy and she had no energy to comb it a hundred times like before, or take efforts to doll herself. She hated the girl she had become from what she was, but truthfully, she'd be this honest Raavi to that silly girl she was before. Everything is not a plaything, and her life was definitely not what it was before.
And it was okay. Atleast she was out of the bubble she was in, and although harsh, reality was a truth she had to accept and move on.
She tied her hair and let the lime dupatta fall back on her neck and put the drapes on the mirror again, she was not yet ready to face herself.
"Raavi, kevi sundar laage maari deekri." Her aunt beamed at her, smiling at the girl. "Nazar na lagey."
"Massi-Maa," She shook her head, "kya aap bhi. Simple si dress hai, ussmein bhi aap."
"Dress simple ho, meri Raavi beautiful hai." Prafulla held her chin lovingly, "she can make all dress extra sundar,"
Raavi smiled, hugging Prafulla and with her chain purse on her shoulder, she stepped out and her eyes instantly lit in delight when she saw Shiva already waiting for her on his bike. He looked fresh and his after-shave scent was something she did not know could be this addicting, and he tilted his head.
How in the world did she look pretty in all colours? Shiva thought, looking at the girl, she would look more pretty if she smiled, he sighed.
"Kya dekh raha hai?" Raavi asked, running her hand on the salwar, "theek che?"
"Bahu saras che," He replied, and held her hand. Her ankle still hurt from their accident and she sat back on his bike, "chale?"
"Chal."
They rode across Somnath, surprising many in their vicinity because Shiva and Raavi together, not fighting and being surreal with each other was nothing more than a miracle. She sat behind him, holding his shoulders, and he would have been offended if she did not held him. The speed in which she was creating a safe comfy place in his heart, was both scary and amazing. But, as days neared for her to leave, Shiva could not understand what he was supposed to do about that.
It was a blessing that Anita came at the right time in the morning, else how was he supposed to explain to her what he meant. And he knew that Raavi had a lot on her plate right now, him adding his confused feelings would only create more chaos than peace. He looked at her through the mirror, she was as always, lost, but trouble creases had lessened now.
Just a few days for her to go and he would wipe all the creases and get her to smile, the biggest and happiest Raavi grin that was possible.
Raavi on the other hand, kept thinking about what Shiva said and knew that she had heard it correctly. But if it was in anyway true, this could be more complicated than it seemed. Maybe Shiva did not mean it in that way, and she really hoped that it was anything but romantic because she was not ready for this thing again. She needed time to get out of the first mess, and it made no sense to start something new without bidding adieu to the first.
The sheer fact that Shiva was Dev's brother, younger in fact, caused even more anxieties.
This was all wrong, she knew, and hence to keep away from all this would only make sense. Right now, she had to get past these few days, go to Jamnagar, find herself and then think about all this. Until then, she was sure that Shiva would also come to his senses and know that they were not for each other.
They had to go to the outskirts of the town for the only shopping center, and when they entered the Mall, Shiva walked behind Raavi, following her, clueless about all of this. They walked in the cool place, and the air conditioner cooled their thoughts too, while Shiva let out a sigh.
"Raavi, tu pehle bol deti ki yaha AC hai," Shiva said, stretching his arms, "main tera personal shopper ban jaata."
"Personal shopper?" Raavi chuckled, facing Shiva, "humare beech mein kuch personal kaha tha?" She said, walking in a store, "sab kuch sirf ladaai hi toh thi."
"Haan toh abh nahi hai na," He said, as she asked the manager for some salwar suits and kurtis, "abh ban jaata hu."
"Abh kya," She leaned on the desk, meeting his eyes from the mirror in front of them, "hu jau chu, Jamnagar." She raised her eyebrows. "I don't feel good here anymore," She spoke softly, "ajeeb sa lagne laga hai yaha."
"Mere saath bhi?" He took his chance and Raavi turned to look at him.
Before she could answer, the salesman came in with a handful of dresses and Raavi excused herself to leave, checking the dresses while Shiva wandered around the shop. He was running his hand through his hair when his eyes met across from the room to the little Raavi and Shiva, aged seven, and they were here with Dhara, Gautam and Anita, alongwith the other kids. This was before his father had died and there was no rift between the two families'.
Shiva smiled, he had no idea he had this memory with him yet. He moved out of the shop, looking at little Shiva and little Raavi, walking together. She was eating her ice-cream, and Shiva was walking behind her, eating his ice-candy.
Raavi being clumsy as always slammed into the mannequin and dropped her ice-cream, making Shiva laugh at her, "kya Raavi, dekh ke chala kar." He said, looking down at the fallen girl and he held out his hand at her. "Uth jaa,"
"Par meri ice-cream?" She pouted, looking down and then at Shiva's ice-cream.
"Bhul jaa, main nahi dunga." He said, shaking his head.
Raavi pouted again, making her best puppy eyes and showing her arm, "dekh mujhe lag gayi." He looked at the red mark on her arm, the wound would soon be blue and she pleaded for his ice-cream, making Shiva sigh. "Main ro dungi toh tera sar dard hoga na."
"Le," He said forwarding his ice-cream to her, "Rona mat." He instructed and she nodded, happy to have his ice-cream, "chal abh, aur mera hath pakad ke chal, warna ye bhi gira degi, gadedhi."
And they held hands throughout the day, Raavi fearing she might drop the ice-cream or lose her way and Shiva feared that Raavi may hurt herself again.
Shiva smiled, realising that their relationship was something else first and after all the fights and bickering, they had come back to where they were before. It was just the same, now, she being clumsy, hurting herself and holding onto him to not be hurt and he was careful, not wanting her to be hurt again, treating her with her favourtite things.
Life was coming to a full circle.
Then his eyes averted to the mannequin right outside the shop, his smile lit up and his heart did a backflip when he took it in his hands.
The multi-colour dupatta.
Just like from his dreams.
And then he looked at Raavi, and then at the dupatta and then at Raavi again.
Indeed life was a circle.

Thank you for the lovely response on this story, and for the hype, and for those who ask me about the Gujrati language, I am not a Gujju but I have a soft spot for the language because I had very close and dear friends who spoke this language.
They left, but their language remained.
Also, Google Translate helps a lot!
