A should block him from everywhere after eating the mutton biryani in his wedding and till then keep minimal contact with him (because if A block him now she will miss shaadi ka khana)

Update; B visited A today and again tried to gain her sympathy. He has also invited A for another wedding function.

A rs 20 nail polish, or fake sasta wala huda beauty lipstick which causes itchiness or a glass bowl (single piece) or some rs 30 earrings

Or buy a old used book on economics

Give something that has no use for him or his wife and it doesn't cost much because he doesn't deserve it anyway for trying to manipulate her feelings to gain sympathy even now (when his marriage is fixed with C, he is still pining over A, just think how C's marriage life will be? Poor thing)
