The only things that i could think is she is marryi g neil to get into birla and gets to know he is adopted. or she gets to know that sirath was married to some one. And if she is his kid( this i am not sure as i did not watched s2) or Akshu saves arohi gets hurt majorly and everyone starts blaming her.

Arohi has accepted their love in a sort of detached clinical way (hard to tell because we have not been shown truly what she feels beyond a sharp word here and there) and I don't think Arohi is jealous but her pride has certainly been hurt. She is slowly accepting Abhira as a couple but have ways to go yet and if it's on her face like the precap she is not going to be smiling and leaving them at it. Her pride will demand some sort of repayment hence the dare to call Bade Papa. The precap, to me, started more about Abhi being in their room and knowing family will be unhappy, then being dared to call Bade Papa...

Bade Papa having a heart attack will make her question why Abhira are being reckless and secondly her medical ability...she failed to spot the signs. Maybe once again we will see her pursuing, by hook and crook, her MD....😃

Lol, anyway she is there to throw the spanner on Abhira romancing peacefully...conflict from all four corners...🤣

I don’t think Manish’s Heart Attack will be eye opener for her. On the contrary she will again blame Akshara and Kairav for everything and say that she is the better grand child
