agree they both did good in some of their old work -- like KV in Haq se, and girl in the city and Deba in Isharo Isharo me , but I see that they both have improved a lot.. Good performers elevate each other performances .. Hope the ML in Deba's new show can pull it off ...

@bold-I have a huge doubt...bcoz such characters require seasond actors as KV did in SAAKK.And some kind of body language.I would say...if u have a glimpse of Sai ketan/Rrahul..u can at once say...that they can play such role...but this guy's looks doesn't give that vibe at all.And this guy did just two roles that too in a supporting role not even a parallel lead.

I know none of us like the ML...

Wud just say one thing chance to sab ko milni chahiye ..

KV was a nuanced actor...

Had everyone wanted an equally at par actress or famous one opp him...hum e to Devir milta hi nahi...

I know 99 percent sure ki there will be no chemistry and acting bhi might not be good at all..

Par i had also felt the same seeing Shakhi promos .. the first promos of SAAKK..

He anyways is under pressure receiving so much of negative flak for being cast wd Deba..

Aise to he wud perform even worse..

So let's see.. kya hota hai.. honestly .. no nuanced well known actors unless they are short of offers wud also wanna be cast in such types of serials anymore..they all want to do webs and good scripts..

Besides .. Deba is a new comer too.. so you really can't expect her to have very well known faces opp her ... Look at Shivangi .. even after being Naira ..in BV she was cast opp two ML s not so well known and neither pro s at acting..

So just give a chance ..dnt have any expectations.. u never know what works and surprises you ..

watch isharom isharom mee, u will fall in love with Deba , she was fab with her comic timing , since she portrayed lot of other emotions in SAAKK , not mentioning those ..

As far the story I read , there are 2 guys in the original , May be other one is not finalized yet , we wouldn’t know who the pair would be , let’s wait and watch before jumping to conclusions

Soo true , we can’t predict what works and what’s not , look at ghum serial, ML and FL doesn’t know acting , and story is just yuck , but it is getting good trps and the leads are getting lot of popularity and getting praised , so never know ..I am not keeping any expectations, will watch the serial for Deba ..

Ghum is an example of excellence in art....such narrative, such direction nd the acting is jst phenomenal

I won't watch ..

Par i wud hope it bestows popularity on Deba ...

The kind which many not so worthy ITV actresses get..

So that she can choose and pick projects without any second thot and can do MV s and others ..

So will wish her all the best...

I dnt like the story or the lead.. but i hope the stupid TRP aunties love and lap it up like they do for shows like Ghum Uda...

I didn't know who KV was at that time, after seeing the first promo and first episode I was like what were the casting people thinking, ML was looking soo old, his father character person and him are looking like brothers, FL is sooo choti , ee kaunsi pairing hai ...

but Devir did wonders

Deba...did IIM was good in it and she was also a parallel lead who got popularity more than the other girl and even her jodi with Mudit was appreciated and jodi name as yori got a fanbase.If u see at Deba not knowing her... u can see a spark in her which totally lacks in this guy.

About Shakhi..when I saw the first promo...KV's that body language sitting on the chair and those dialogues made me cringe about that character at once.Tab toh main ussey janti tak nahi...he was a new breed for me.😆..but still could see that spark, something which dragged me to watch it.

To be brutally truth...I know u won't like it ,if I say so...if he can't perform under pressure then better he leave this industry.Look at Erica...she has been brutally trolled during KZK...but still performed and improved.Look at Deba...she faced so much of criticism but still performed and the improvement was just wow!!

Deba is now that much popular that he can get being casted with names that I mentioned.And Shivangi being casted opposite Randeep Rai...well he is a well known actor and his and Ashu's jodi have million of followers even more than Devir.Their jodi in Mkblive has already crossed million of views in few days.So,it's not that Shivangi has been casted opposite not well known actor.The guy received awards also during his show on Sony.

But I agree to u 💯...what works on ITV u never know!!If a good content like SAAKK doesn't work and certain worthless shows like Udariyan with stone faced actors works...then a worthless story can obviously work!
