They had a scene like that when Akshu comes one day and no one is at home and this help comes and tells her this. Maybe they are trying to drag Aarohi into this drama, so wanted to give importance to Aarohi's text.
Same thing happened in Season 2 when Kairav was traumatized by Naira as she blamed him for Vansh's paralysis and he used to get severe anxiety...
