waise ek baat poochni hai.. how do u guys manage to stay up late till this time. Mai toh 10 - 10:30 tak dose off hoti hoon. Haan but I wake up early morning too.

I could stay up poori raat pehle toh, neither was I an early riser pehle but recent discovery ke baad😳 I’ve been good and go sleep around 11 max midnight...

ye baad alag hai that I sometimes wake up raat mein and make the mistake of checking forum😆

mujhse kabhi na hota tha that I stay up late… but wake me at 4 am fresh as a daisy☺️😉 All discoveries happened of mera sleep cycle only.. Lambi kahani hai iske peeche 🤣🤣
