This article mentioned the actual reason that is of refusing to dance with Aasif. The romantic dance between both couples happen frequently and are pleasing to watch. So her refusing to do is ruining Anita's character and flow of the story.

This frequently changing Anita may ruin the quality of Anita beyond limit. They can't even end the show as more than half of the subscribers are Bhabhiji viewers so the channel won't let them.
