It was quite stupid writing imo. Imon could've cross questioned him & continued staying away from him it'd have made sense. Like living in with another woman etc. Cus I don't remember if Imon was told about the vaada he's given to Krishnamoyee. Cos logically having affair with a full time pregnant woman doesn't make sense. They just wanted to drag it to court room for TRPs which actually helped the show gaining the highest TRP ever for that track of entire KD.
Yes it was there in KD .. but over here Sai got kidnapped because of shruti n virat .. she did not have any connection with sada . Nor did she ask virat to come and save her . I hope Sai rescues him ., and does all the needful bravery

I think they are merging rono getting shot track with this kidnapping track to skip court drama. Rono was mad at emon because she dragged him to court, here sai didn't do anything instead hailed him infront of sada, saved his job. Still they will show whole family blaming her, shruti,pakhi ganging against her and mahaan virat insulting her. If I am not wrong in kd too emon tried to rescue rono but shruti became mahaan by giving him blood. They are just showing creativity in showing sai abuse and the same victim hailing her abusers. They won't end shruti track. The actress playing shruti role is still shooting so the torture is not ending. Only good thing in kd was emon calling out rono illegal action here they conviniently skipped it and made sai justify her husband's illegal activities. Yeah but Virat's reaction to Sruthi's love confession revelation was better I think. Ronno was too casual about the whole thing if I remember correctly.
