I don’t know what happened 2 years ago but looks like she ran away before issue could get resolved. Probably she broke up with a guy and wanted her family to talk/force boys family for marriage. I am sure name wasn’t shared and before Abhimanyu could talk into it further and resolve she ran away.

Right now- she just shared Kairav’s name after hand cutting incident. Abhi recently got to know it’s Kairav. And he calls her pagal and asks her to stop throwing tantrums probably because he knows Kairav isn’t wrong and she is problematic.

How does Kairav not know her name was Birla is something even I am wondering . Unless it was one sided love. Which makes sense because probably that was the reason Birla’s opposed anishas tantrum to marry 2 years ago.
