My newest theory. Anisha already knew Akshu from when she was dating Kairav. She probably saw a photo or something. Then this mandir kaand and broken marriage kaand happened and she learned that Abhi is dating her. So she made her reentrance to Akshu to get back into Kairav's life. But, Kairav did not know that Anisha is a Birla, and Abhi did not know about their past either until the recent episode when he yelled WHAT while jumping rope. Thoughts?
