I did not watch either of the past seasons, but from the way you have described, I think from the way the show is going as of now, it will be Abhira against the world... and by world, I mean their families. Misunderstandings will try to be created, but they understand each other too deeply for that to happen already... and it has only been 3 months. Akshu did not doubt Abhi even for a second. She knows there is a girl, but she is more worried for his wellbeing than anything else. When trust is the foundation of your relationship, it is nearly impossible for anyone to get between you. Of course there will be tensions, fighting, and even brief separations... but they will handle it all together. I don't foresee any huge kaands like remarriages, etc. that I heard about with Kaira.

If I had to pick, Kartik. For those who watched season 2 from the start, I think you’ll agree that no one expected Kartik to have multiple marriages or suspect Naira. He was very insistent that Naira was the one and only for him. So, it wouldn’t be unexpected if the writers do the same with Abhimanyu that they did with kartik.

Moreover, abhimanyu lacks the sensibility that Natik had. The sensibility and maturity we saw in initial season 3 episodes, which is what made me attracted to Abhi, is fading imo.

I do think that there could be multiple marriages in this season. Remember, multiple marriages can also mean that they marry, divorce and remarry just like how Naira and Kartik did.

You cannot judge character merely in 3 episodes. I think most having that problem they start comparing abhi in trip to current abhi

Its only 3 month show started. I think we even aunaware of abhimanyu character. Definitely there is lot more.

Also, even though Kartik was really insistent that Naira was the one and only for him; he was a better husband to Sirat than he ever was to Sirat. Kartik was supportive, communicative, and understanding when he was married to Sirat. And he had the sensibility and maturity with Sirat that he missed having when he was with Naira.

I see what you mean but if we look at other characters in itv, Anirudh from Barrister Babu (before the bondita leap track), Neil from Naamkaran, Purab from Thapki, their characterization was pretty stable. And with ITV, characters usually digress with time, example Kartik.

Moreover, the arcs they introduced Abhi with aren’t being carried out which make me less optimistic. The show reminds me of canned chicken noodle soup. I keep trying to find a bit of chicken but there’s too many noodles and extra ingredients that are taking up space and ruining my perfect bite.

I truly hope you’re right and I’m just a pessimistic skeptic!

I agree.. Those who didn't watch s2 have no idea what multiple marriages of kartik mean..kartik n naira divorced and remarried 2-3 times ..technically , kartik married vedika under his family's pressure , thinking naira is dead ..but since she was alive , that marriage was anyways null and void but naira didn't challenge it ..after nairas death he married sirat .he married 3 girls in total ..its not Like he was falling in and out of love and marrying for pleasure ..it doesn't define his character
