Does Kairav Know Anisha & Abhi's relation?

In today's episode, Kairav immediately calls Abhimanyu after seeing Anisha in his house? Does he know Abhimanyu is Anisha's family?

Seems so, otherwise why would he make so many calls to Abhimanyu and also ask him to meet

Looks like he came to know of it after Aisha's entry. Because he was not shocked or surprised seeing Abhimanyu at first.

He would know that is why Kairav never liked Abhi and was always against Abhi approaching Akshu, but he was ok about aaru because he knew she was ziddi

Agree, he would have got to know recently because he informed Akshara that he saw Abhi with a girl.. so at that time he may not know..

I think Abhi and Kairav both got to know each other's connection with Anisha recently,
