And if she was his sister then he wouldn't worry of telling Akshara about it but it will be a different story if Anisha was his past. And it could be that she is only a crush, not his love but she's obssessed of him.

What if all the rumours are wrong? What if Anisha is not a Birla but someone from Abhi’s past? What if she likes Abhi and is crazy about him and not Kairav and that flashback from the past of no means no was for Abhi and Anisha and not for Anisha and Abhi defending her; and now that Abhi has moved on and fallen in love with someone else she chooses this time to come back and claims him for herself.

lol!! I put all my money on this- anisha is Birla kid. They always had mentioned about a runaway daughter- she is mahima and Anand’s daughter. Writers tried to create mystery but it was already revealed that mahima has a runaway daughter. She had sent threads on bhai dooj for brothers and Manjiri asked mahima about it but mahima wasn’t interested in talking.

Well, I guess this mystery is going to be revealed soon in the next couple episodes. Maybe by tomorrow we have more clarity on how is she related to the Birla and what is she to them.
