Hi sis good morning.

Working from home today. Yesterday we recorded highest case since October 2020. 10k plus case load. Today almost 6 didn't turn up 5 is sick 1 is close contact of someone tested positive.

Since morning it's a bit chaotic as even office building top and bottom level there are positive cases and many raising their concerns of coming to office tmrw. Kids went to school today. I didn't want to send them as I have concern too. But I just told them all the SOP to follow and hopefully they will be fine. Last week one of my collegemate called me after such a long time. She is working from home past 2 years. Only her elder son went to school developed fever flu etc and tested positive, her younger one tested positive and yesterday she contracted the virus as well. Just told her to relax and follow medication if needed and rest

I completely understand the apprehension, more so because this variant has flu like symptoms, being more infectious but less intenser most ppl are being careless flouting CAB allover plus younger lot aren't fully vaccinated as yet, being calm during crisis is first step to be in control of situation,here,the country has reported 83k plus cases, with drop in positivity rate & further relaxations & resumption of offline activities.
