It doesn't bother me but it lessens my liking for that film. For example I really loved Badla but when I found out it's a remake I was disappointed a bit.

They can name it copy/paste wood 😆

But they hardly acknowledge the original creators. Tragic!

Yes, the important part is that they must put forth effort to make it good. But every new movie being announced at this point is either a remake of a South Indian movie or a Hollywood knockoff.

Gonna pretend I can quote you since you’ve blocked my ass. I don’t watch South Indian movies so I have no issue with Bollywood copying it because I’ll never know what the original is like anyway. 😆 Hollywood is an issue coz it can be easily butchered. Though, I tried watching Momento after Ghajini and I preferred the BW version much better. Bollywood does romance and angst way better than Hollywood. At least for me.

Same thing happened with me recently.. movie to nhi yaad aa rhi but once I got to know it is copied it lessened my liking 😵
