Yes she did. She was actually a very well - written character, with an organic story arc. And they didn't make her too much of the perfect bahu too.

Now she was someone with a genuinely traumatic childhood and what I liked about her was that she retained her humanity and compassion despite that. What I meant was that later they cut out her Rajasthani dialect and got her to speak in hindi and made her appearance more like Naira's, maybe in the hope that viewers would find her easier to accept. But yeah, even though her brashness did disappear she remained a person who didn't back down from a conflict.
