Maybe nandu got ram's mother killed accidentally and she has a little guilt of that and that's why she married snr Kapoor later on she started to love him but he got to know the truth about nandini being a murderer or use pehle vo nandini ko punishment dilwata she got him killed through shashi. But now she wants Ram to look at her as his own mother and not get attached to any other woman so that she is his only emotional support. Taki agr future mein somehow ram gets to know the truth vo nandini ko maa samjhke uske against na jay.
