Yup. Of course he is angry and upset because of society, and he also wants to protect his daughters. But, ego has a huge role to play too. Not just for him, but every single one of the characters. Yesterday we saw Mahima saying it's part of her plan to bring Akshu as the Birla bahu. All of them have ulterior motives driven by personal gain, but when it comes down to it, they love each other deeply too. That is why this show stands out to me... because no one is entirely black or entirely white. They all make mistakes, but none is a villain.

seeing these people having monologues inside I am remembering Hotstar series Parampara. Where all characters are grey only heroine is good and soft. Everyone plays their selfish game amd turn the twist in their way..but all stand together bas family with smiles before society. I loved that whole series.

Not saying he would immediately forgive him.

But his needs to she start seeing Abhi in a different light somewhere. It would be a slow process.

Bade papa can't just wake up one day and decide Abhi is great because he begged "ramleela" style.

when All 3 are wrong other sideys are in the supporting mode. When 3 are dropped down as Arohi on one side and abhira in another side others pawns too changed the direction .all are right in their place and doing justice as abhira are wrong . Eso ak if she admitted before the story would have been different. But her baggage was loaded on her head in sacrifing. Even if abhi married Arohi scenario was same he never accepts her. Even if ak didn't confess abhi would not have reached mandap..he could have gone somewhere else and families could have fought.

Definitely. But, I think that process has already started. He was taken aback for a moment when Abhi held his ears and folded his hands before he dragged Akshu away. He refused to sit on his bike, but Abhi still found a way to bring him home. These little details are slowly softening him. And on the other side, Akshu is winning him back over too. He was not expecting her to actually quit, but she did. Even when she put the slip saying sorry in his food, he looked like he wanted to melt. He is on his way to accepting Abhira....and little moments like this will push him further and further... but there has to be some catalyst ultimately to push him over the edge... most likely Abhi saving the family name if the MD kaand comes out or something along those lines... I love your idea about him seeing Abhi working hard on his own too..

he knows abhi is buttering. What he played woth twi girls is not forgiven. And ak standing that way is undigestable to Goenkas. So he is right in his place keeping quiet. If Abhi helps them in any issue then only his goodness can be seen orelse he will think his grand daughters are running after him from day1 and he is taking advantage of them going idhar udhar.

Manish understood their love. But it went in wrong time to all. So he can't make another girl cry against first one. So.as ar changed and is fine with Abhira love it's plus for them.ti be accepted by manish. If ar didn't agree Manish has to half heartedly accept abhira. If abhi.saves their ijjat he will say yes to him trusting his love for Ak and her family..
