Abhimanyu said thodi salary mai kama lunga, tum bhi kaam kar lena par salary nai milegi

And Abhimanyu said take 1 yr salary...I didn't understand what they are saying

When he said tumhe bhi kaam karna parega par salary ka thikana nai rahega i didn't understand

I think he meant she shouldn't expect any payment from him as he is her first patient...After all she is his dil ki doctor.
