I would advise you not to start mon phagun - the story is incredibly inane and basically the whole show is a copy and paste of other shows.

My mother watches it sometimes because of Sean but its so bad that we generally turn it off midway 😆

So I liked yesterday's episode guys - despite not having too many Sid- Mit moments I thought it was a step in the right direction

Loving someone is not just about hero worship but also about accepting their flaws and I think Mithai is finally understanding this 👍🏼

Yesterday Mithai took a much-needed step out of the Lala land that she has created around ucchebabu.

Hopefully, in future episodes they also show Sid's introspections...🤓

I appreciated the little touches in yesterday's episode like Mithai forcing herself to say DNA correctly

Its not a forced marriage per se. Both sides have done mistakes and they are paying for the same.

I finished watching all past episodes, and I am kind a liking it till now. Yes, Solanki s doing very good job here. Although, I didnt like the ML much, but both together r good😆

As I said earlier, CVs have geared up their sleeves, since too many good shows r coming up. Yes, now they are in right track. Hope they stick to this and dont go to prev idiotic song-dance mode.

I've seen few clips on IG.. What I felt it's another story of Forced Marriage between A Rich Business Tycoon n a Middle Class Hardworking Girl... Some misunderstanding leads to their Forced Marriage n the guy has vowed to Destroy the girl's life 😒

Saw some really Disturbing scene like ML ordering the security guard to throw FL's mother out of the house - Ghaar dhakka diye ber kore dao were his exact words 😡 FL was kept starving in her in laws 😐 Full of negativity..

The only Positive thing is Gaurab n Solanki are the Leads n both are Amazing Actors 🤩 With proper story n strong character development it can do wonder..

Its not forced marriage. FL's full family, including FL decieved the ML's family. They pretended to be rich to get the eldest daughter marry to ML. ML fell head over heels to FL's elder sister. During marriage, eldest sister ran away. FL's family, was in soup so, they passed FL as bride. Till FL opened her ghunghat and declared in mandap that her sis ran away and she s nt the bride, ML's family was unaware of the deciet.

They gt married in order to protect family reputation. Both agreed on that. ML now want FL to return home, FL want to stay to keep her parents happy....and the story goes on.

I missed day before yesterday's episode but saw yesterday's....... It's good to finally see Mithai putting in some efforts to pronounce the English words properly. I'm a huge English enthusiast and my friends know how particular I am about grammar and pronunciation, so seeing someone repeatedly pronounce a simple word like "Thank you" wrong even after being corrected a million times, it just blew up my proportions.🥺

I used to find these wrong english scenes so cringey that I used to hide my face in a pillow... I'm not exaggerating, I'm being very serious (I could seriously relate with Sid at those moments 😵)

And after hearing Sandy's words yesterday, it's clear they're creating a way for the education track (thank god)

Btw someone remembers the exact date SidHai got married for the first time?

My opinion differs a little from the general consensus. While the track progress is great and the nuances they are putting into Mithai's character are also great, I found Sid's behaviour in yesterday's episode deplorable.

It was nothing short of abuse.

Just because he does not agree with her opinion and thinks he is the only one who knows the "reality", it does not give him the right to pull and push Mithai around, scream at her in a brash manner and forbid her from moving around freely saying "Siddharth Modak tomake ei ghor er theke ek paa o bar korte debena".

Mit really nailed it when she said the only reason Sid is screaming is because he knows if he is proven wrong, he will have no hole to hide his face in.

"Chup kore boshe, ek paa norbena" and "Ami tomake kichu tei ei ghor theke berote debona" in a loud and piercing tone. What gives him the right to curb Mithai's freedom? He even stooped low enough to lock her inside the room. How repulsive! 😡

This is what I found really problematic too....! Yes Sid has anger issues but locking someone up and a sensible character like Sree justifying it to Rajib as - "Dadabhai er raag to tumi jano e"

How in heavens can be locking someone up because you both are on different pages, stand justified is beyond my understanding and reasoning!!!

Also @bold- He has an ill temper and I can sympathise with him because so do I, but for someone who has showed potential character growth suddenly returning to the glass throwing brash anger, doesn't sit well with me!

He looked more like a "jedi" child yesterday who can do anything to prove that he's right than a sensible young man 😕 (I can say this because I have seen my cousins)

You can say that he's headstrong, I'll totally respect your opinion, but for me its straight out "jed" as Mithai herself said

Yes he has a certain set of beliefs that stemmed deep due to his childhood trauma but how long do we keep blaming it on the same?

And thank god they didn't go the conventional way with Mithai's reply to the challenge dialogue....... it's usually - "Tomar jonno to sob tayi challenge", but they took it up a notch with Mithai pointing Sid out... Phew!

On a lighter note, throwig her heels down was a strange action on behalf of someone whose seen tons of "sherials" & movies... 🤣
