TRP being calculated looks like (TS/Duration) * Reach, where TS is time spent.

There's not much of a difference between UD and CS in terms of reach, but the time spent is putting UD at a TRP of 2.3 and CS lags behind at 1.7. Essentially meaning that viewers who watch UD are more dedicated ones- CS viewers will often switch channels midway.
