ITV should start with finite series of 1-1.5 years. With finite series the story is crisp. The channel, PH, actors, viewers and every one is aware of the project timelines. The team can tell a good story with proper conclusion.

True….

MHRV had the potential to run decently for 1.5/2yrs…they had everything going their way…a fresh team of good actors, New lead pair with sizzling chemistry, strong Male and Female lead characters and an interesting plot…everything they ruined, first the time slot was not right, they rushed with the initial phase then Tadaka were introduced without head or tail with too much emphasis on them at the expense of the lead characters…no proper sub plots for support characters..on the whole MHRV can become the case study for Wasted potential…

Yeah. MHRW had many things in its favour except the tadka. If the channel and PH had agreed for a particular number of episodes, the story may have been better executed. Probably the channel would have also interfered less as they already know the story in advance.

I Honestly feel…channel’s interference is a cover up to the botched up execution by the creative team…channel interferes only when the PH fails to bring in the necessary Trp…Sandip first failed with Mandar track…

Channel may insist on a third angle, saas bahu or sautan track but execution lies with the PH…..Mandar was mentioned as a positive character but to turn him negative & creep from the word go and show cringe third angle scenes was PH decision, same with ONS in Esha track…they could have shown the same plot without the cringe ONS…it ruined the entire show for the viewers, they knew it still went ahead with it…

A finite series or a long running show if the execution is botched up, it won’t work…execution was compromised from Hyderabad track, it became a disaster in Mandar track and further ruined in Esha track…
