yes looks like he will be making all the decisions..but when a man does this …he cannot be respecting you wholly as a person…but if they do show us this ..it will be regressive..because recently on itv heros and heroines have been on equal footing, in fact in Udaariyaan the heroine is actually superior to the hero in many aspects..and he always thinks very highly of her and always says she’ll find a solution to any problem he’s facing..lol..there have been other major issues between them but I won’t go there 😂 even here in yrkkh ..with kaira.. Naira used to be the one who handled most of the stuff that came up..But akshara is very different from naira, also kaira seemed closer in age..whereas with abhira there’s big age differences both in real life and in the show..abhimanyu has to be in his 30s if he’s already a renowned heart surgeon,

Firstly I feel abhimanyu is much more complex than what he appears. .he is dominating intense and obsessive but unlike the rampant heroes who we come across...he has a different approach to people or should I say particularly to akshara...if you have noticed when the families appeared at the temple he spoke to akshara in a very different tone..that what she wanted has happened that the families are here....I was particularly intrigued by that atypical almost dangerously calm nature of that tone...it was soft yet it had a menacing shade to it...what I feel is that tone meticulously reflects abhimanyu's mind...he understood that akshara will NOT agree to marry him until the families give consent and in order to win her he must crossover to the good books of HER family NOT his because as it has been often found the entire Birla clan doesn't upset Abhi...and inorder to so he firstly had to prove arohi wrong and her being delusional which he does second was to prove his claim on akshara as mutual and FAIR which again he does very efficiently and the final biddng was to prove to akshara that he is with her in winning over the families which is why he keeps talking about the big family portrait....if I be honest it's almost like a game of chess where akshara herself appears as his opponent in getting her itself but he checkmates it by turning her ally and then using her own feelings to make her his....

yes he’s smart and he’s manipulative when he tries to get what he wants…and to me he’s very much like Arohi…they both go after what they want with a passion..

But somewhere I feel he is way more giving and caring about akshu than arohi....its just he can't really go away from his own nature but Abhi loved akshu with an all consuming passion....I mean look at today's episode he was wonderstuck by that fact that how can ANYONE not love akshu.....what do you think?

you know they say sometimes men want women like their mothers and girls want men like their fathers…I.e. if they had good parents and loved them a lot…so maybe to abhimanyu akshara is perfect because that is the kind of woman he always wanted,..and mahima said akshara is just like manjeri ..so maybe that’s why abhimanyu fell for her so quickly. Because not every man will want a woman like akshara…some men like strong forceful women who are confident and ambitious..then that man may prefer an Arohi..I think everyone has different tastes..and we are all attracted to different personalities. I know I’ve met some men who are married to women I know and I’ve wondered how they can live with that man day in day out,..because loud, bossy, arrogant men irritate me… lol…but some women are fine and can tolerate that ..🤷🏻‍♀️..So it’s an individual’s taste I suppose.. but in this show as abhira are the leads they will portray their personalities as wonderful…whereas other shows I’ve watched where we have softer male leads..who are not loud, who approach any interaction with calm and composure..those qualities are shown as being great.. 🤷🏻‍♀️. Loud men who are easily angered and lose their cool put me off in a major way..that’s why I can’t seem to like Abhimanyu birla ..when he starts shouting I just want to close my ears 🤦🏻‍♀️

Not saying aarohi is a saint by any means

But the other two claim to be mahaan and all but are also selfish at the end of the day to get what they want

jija ji is also pretty straightforward..he changed post tilak 1 and his words and his actions were not aligned but I'll still say that Aarohi and jija ji are open books and we know what they're going to do and what their actions mean.

Akshu ji is the most twisted. Everything is wrapped in the garb of being good and doing good but nobody can tell what her real intentions are and what's going on in her head.

For example, we know that Aarohi will not quit her internship, she'll fight for it. We know jija ji doesn't want Akshu to quit for both personal and professional reasons. He genuinely believes that she's good at her work and the hospital needs her. He also wants to be close to her and he can do that only that the Hospital. But are Akshu's intentions that transparent? No. Is she doing it for bade papa, is she doing it for her love, is she doing it for herself..why did she quit? Is it as straightforward as quitting for her family because she's already warring with them over jija ji..No. It's not.

Sabse khatarnak is Akshara Goenka. Even bad wale jija ji is dudh peeta baccha in comparison to Shatir Akshu ji.

I absolutely agree with you.Abhimanyu and akshara are technically poles apart from each other and that is exactly what attracted them to each other...for abhi even in his intro promo it was shown that he craves for love and many a times too he wondered if akshu will love him the way she loves her family....he is himself complex stubborn and strong headed so a simple innocent girl like akshu was like music to his soul...only I think what he didn't realize is that in order ti get the flower of his heart he will have to pluck each and every thorn of the baggages she carries within herself...but again the more akshu gets separated from him the more desperate he becomes to get her ....
