I couldn't wait another 6 hours till today's episode is screened in the UK so I watched the Middle East one on an app and frustratingly the whole section from the time after Aryan acknowledges he is hungry, Imlie cooks, Aryan tries to find network, etc was cut. It resumed from when she brought the food to the table. It will be the same in the UK version tonight too. I am disappointed coz I was looking forward to the dabba chef telling Imlie to go back to her impatient husband. In my honest opinion they should have cut the Ts especially that section with Rupi and Nishant teasing Sundar about Arpita.

I know of another channel that I can watch about half an hour after it's released on Hotstar but there are no subtitles there either. That's why sometimes you will find me participating in the early morning discussions coz I would have watched and with my limited Hindi picked up a few things here and there. The earliest with subtitles is the Middle East one on that app.

Have you tried desi-serials.cc ? Don't know if that's the one you are talking about. Not sure if it has subtitles though.
