Another question is , we all understand it's gray but we never accept it as gray , we all want white.

The show would be so boring without grey characters

The hero and heroine are grey characters claiming to be MAHAAN DEVTAS whereas the others don’t have such dikhawa that’s the difference

What's wrong in it ? Everyone is like that ..like ..in reality also..😆Everyone thinks they are right .

From the beginning of yrkkh, they bring these references , abhira r not the 1st ones.... don't know if you heard of that song "gauri Shankar ki jaisi Jodi ban jaaye"

I went from Groupbie to Goldie writing posts exactly along these lines and receiving mod warnings for my pains 🤣 So not surprisingly I agree with you. I will just say that I, like many others, started out as an Abhira fan and because of the issues you’ve pointed out got put off this pairing.

Next abhi blatantly tells that he would talk to the tent person and ask him to go slow ....the same tents that were for the broken wedding

Thirdly a few epis b4 when harsh asked abhimanyu whether he did all this to make akshara confess and immediately abhimanyu defended his stance that he never loved arohi ..what again struck me is that inspite of negating his father everytime he said something wrong ...abhimanyu actually gave a not so direct answer....in a way NOT really negating the truth of the statement

Coming from the same context in today's episode Abhi openly admits that before akshara confessed we kept on yearning to get her love which somewhere again shows what some of the viewers told that inspite of his official commitment to arohi he never even Tried to get over akshara...infact he was rather single minded into her

Finally he is completely in his own world where all he talks about ...thinks about and acts about is only akshara ...which makes the whole scenario a little uncanny and their whole romance a little grey in shade

Woww...everyone here us bashing Abhi for exposing Aarohi's lies and Akshu for confessing her love fo Abhi....why is nobody bothered about Aarohi's mistakes?

Just because she is a girl and Abhi a boy?

1.Didn't Aarohi know that Abhi loved Akshu and only Akshu,he infact told her this and proposed for marriage.

2.Didn't Aarohi know that Akshu loved Abhi?She emotionally blackmailed Akshu to backoff not once but multiple timed,is the right on her part?

3.Didn't Aarohi know that Abhi hated lies?Yet she told hundreds of lies to get Abhi.Now some ppl will tell she never told any lies Abhi and Manjri assumed,but couldn't she open her mouth to tell the truth to everyone?

4.Yes Abhi made a mistake of choosing Aarohi as the bride and asking her for marriage,but he did it because of his parents.

5.You all are telling Abhira are being insensitive toward Aarohi,but what about the insensitive behavior that Aarohi shows towards Akshu from their childhood,from smallest of issue to blaming for their mother's death?Akshu risked her life after ans fateful accident in the temple when she fell of stairs and all that girl did was to shout at Akshu,not even an ounce of regret or gratefulness she had,Abhi atleast had the courtesy to apologize for leaving her on her wedding day,but this girl?

6.Akshu confessed to Abhi only after knowing that Aarohi never loved Abhi.

and she only confessed knowing he might hurt him self....she had no choice...and poor abhi when he saw akshu almost died...it hit them both equally...confession to banta hi thaa tab....Aru is also not duddh ki dhuli...she is a bully. I say all 3 are to blame but situation

See, I don't want to get into this argument over and over again because it is honestly becoming redundant. I don't have undying loyalty to any of these characters. I have criticised Aarohi in so many posts. Nobody said Aarohi is the perfect amazing young person out there. At least she is true to her character. She doesn't pretend like she is mahaan and is not self righteous.

This topic is not even about Aarohi. It is about Abhimanyu and Akshara and what they have done. Because irrespective of what Aarohi has done Abhimanyu and Akshara are also wrong and insensitive. Akshara keeps claiming to love Aarohi but every single action of hers since running away with Aarohi's groom on her wedding day to romancing him on the left over decor is insensitive. Abhimanyu has always been arrogant. Everyone in his home has to tip toe around him as if he is a ticking bomb that can go off any time and not a sensitive and controlled doctor. He is also self righteous and acts like he is freaking right all the time. Every single word he used against Aarohi after he broke off the wedding has been horrible, especially when he is also selfish. And Akshara stood there let him insult her sister, literally after breaking her sister's wedding. I might not sing songs of love for my sibling but I won't let anyone else treat my sibling the way Abhimanyu treated her, no matter whether he is my "true love" or not.

Every single time someone points out they can't enjoy the romance between a couple as they are so tainted because of the insensitivity by the leads, it is about what the leads are doing. Aarohi's mistakes doesn't lessen the effect of AbhiRa's mistakes. Especially when they are the leads.

PS: I am so tired. As you suggested, I am.onky going to write posts praising Abhimanyu now @Intoxicator

May I please gently direct folks to my “what color is this dress” post on the main page?

Most of us feel what we feel about these characters and belaboring arguments won’t really change our perspective because there is no grounding reality to any of these characters except what we’ve been shown so far and how each of us has processed it.

Only future facts like how the storyline might evolve can change the contexts in our individual minds of how we view these characters. It’s really the same as arguing why some people see the dress one color, some another color, some both colors and some an entirely different set of colors. They see what they see.

I don't disagree with you and as I stated b4 I began the post that I myself love abhira but the whole point of the topic was NOT to bash but to highlight certain things that could have been shown in a better way....the romantic scene did become not so romantic due to the foreboding past that these characters shared....Also the point is not to bash or blame ANY One but rather to state how small details add up to make things take a different light.Abhimanyu and akshara DESERVE their love but then some of their actions do go wrong in certain ways...all I feel is not only arohi but all three were wrong....so y to really idealise a character when the writers themselves portray them atleast at times in not so bright or pure shades
