Blissful love...really?

Ok I am not an anti abhira fan...infact I am an ardent follower of the couple and love them to the core BUT there were things that were very uncomfortable to me

Firstly I too was blissfully watching the garland scene when to my discomfort I realised that those were the same flowers which were meant for arohi's wedding and to abhimanyu it didn't even register that he was romancing with the flowers of the same weeding that he broke

Next abhi blatantly tells that he would talk to the tent person and ask him to go slow ....the same tents that were for the broken wedding

Thirdly a few epis b4 when harsh asked abhimanyu whether he did all this to make akshara confess and immediately abhimanyu defended his stance that he never loved arohi ..what again struck me is that inspite of negating his father everytime he said something wrong ...abhimanyu actually gave a not so direct answer....in a way NOT really negating the truth of the statement

Coming from the same context in today's episode Abhi openly admits that before akshara confessed we kept on yearning to get her love which somewhere again shows what some of the viewers told that inspite of his official commitment to arohi he never even Tried to get over akshara...infact he was rather single minded into her

Finally he is completely in his own world where all he talks about ...thinks about and acts about is only akshara ...which makes the whole scenario a little uncanny and their whole romance a little grey in shade

You're absolutely right. I'm of the same opinion. Why would you agree to marry someone knowing you love their sister? Making such a proposal itself is inhumane and creepy even if it's some other girl but here it's the same sister of the bride. If in real life a guy does such a deed, no girl will accept such a proposal but in fact burst at him and the confidence with which he says I never loved aarohi," i love akshara and will keep on loving her forever" showing to the world he is not even willing to make an effort in this new relationship he is getting into. He will forever creepily imagine about the sister of his own wife. Disgusting! And yet people in this forum just because it's abhimanyu, our hero

Even for akshara too, till yesterday she was all behein parivaar and suddenly what happened in one day that she made her sister face public humiliation. Next day she is dreaming about abhi all romantically, reciprocating his gestures.

Love story and romance should flow naturally. This entire aarohi fiasco has made it a little distasteful and uncomfortable. However, i feel it will get better with time when we will be able to connect with them more.

Let's forget whatever happened in this aarohi chapter. I'm considering this as a fresh start. I'm of the opinion that if this Aarohi thing we forget and consider their love story to actually start with the way abhimanyu got to know about Akshara's last related to sirat- then it is all good and romantic. The scenes felt nice and refreshing.

isi liye tv show me logic nahi Lagana chahiye...I think akshu became more brave when she thought abhi killed himself...and I think thought of losing him made her realize what was important in her life and it goes for abhi too , after insulting her for mehendi fiasco he almost lost her ....it can happen...and again, ..everything is fair in love and war..

During the wedding festivities she realized arohi never loved him so even that got added for her to fight for abhi..I think if arohi did love abhi, she would definilt have not gone to meet with Abhi...

..Arohi wedding think I wasn't very happy about but then again...I would rather not have loveless marriage and groom in love with other woman who is also brides sister and then divorce later,,,it gives our wrong message to the society

Thank you so much for tagging others...I absolutely agree with you ....the entire jija Sali track made the love story quite a bit of a discomfort...I understand that they are newly in this mode but the whole past makes it a little uncomfortable to watch...especially abhimanyus character is was and I believe will remain grey....I like grey personalities but somewhere the portrayal of a grey character as an ideal hero is what makes me cringe a little...I also feel now akshara is so much smitten by this intense love of abhimanyu that she and her senses are almost blinded by it...please tell what you feel about abhis influence on akshara

You said it..its gray ..my question .. what's the problem either gray and who exactly is a white character here ? Arohi? Harsh? Mimi? Manish? Ag? Manjari? Mahima?

Another question is , we all understand it's gray but we never accept it as gray , we all want white.

I have been writing essays after essays saying how Abhimanyu is so arrogant and insensitive for being such a self righteous dude. Not just these, I kind of hated the way he spoke to Aarohi after he ran away from the mandap ditching her.

See, I was hooked to the screen during pre-Tilak episodes. I have even watched some of those episodes more than once. Since he proposed Aaroho for marriage, he has become such a low life and all that behavior is fresh in my mind. And not just him, but even Akshara is super insensitive for all her claims of love for Aarohi. At this point it does feel like all of it was dikhava. 😭

playing NIBBA NIBBI with her would be JIJA on her SISTER's wedding decor

it's OK if they are BLISSFULLY IN LOVE but at least they can be CLASSY about it

In mandir when harshvardhan asked him why was he trying to pursue akshara when he had proposed marriage to aarohi..abhimanyu gave a very exact answer that he never loved aarohi..he was never interested in aarohi and even revealed that he had told aarohi about always loving akshara while proposing marriage to her..this is abhimanyu's justification.. he felt he already told aarohi about his unending love for akshara so he has no responsibility of being faithful to aarohi..for abhimanyu his marriage to arohi was nothing but just an agreement which was forced upon him because of the situation..he never treated aarohi as a potential partner so he doesn't owe her fidelity or any kind of justification for his closeness to akshara

Aarohi was so desperate to marry abhimanyu that she said yes to him without even understanding what that marriage proposal meant..she thought she'll win over abhimanyu after marriage...but abhimanyu was never going to give arohi any chance to come close to him..his obsession with akshara was always going to be an integral part of his life..he never intended to forget about akshara..it was in aarohi's favor that this marriage broke otherwise abhimanyu was still going to keep pursuing akshara even after the marriage without any guilt..and if akshara would say yes he would've left or divorced aarohi then and there..today's episode he admitted that he was yearning for akshara and was dying to have her..

Even if aarohi had not lied ...abhimanyu would've still left her in mandap because he finally had got what he desired and that was akshara..I don't fully blame akshara because she genuinely loved aarohi and was ready to sacrifice anything for aarohi till the last moment she kept on trying to contact aarohi..but aarohi shouted at her rudely and didn't pick her calls but when abhimanyu found the fire truth ..akshara got scared of the consequences still she wanted to tell this to aarohi but again she didn't pick up her call...so at last akshara had to run after abhimanyu where he forced a confession out of her and then convinced her to elope with him..

Abhimanyu did actually betray aarohi and played with her feelings and even now he doesn't have an ounce of regret for his actions..he never thought about aarohi's reputation...that's a fact..he has got akshara and that's all that matters to him..
