I am ok with that because he was talking to manjari who worship kanhaji. So, ya ok.

But they should work on these small things.

what to say ...makers taken for granted abt rituals nd ceremony nd they modify accordingly...thats call liberty nd audience are giving them so thats why they r showing whatever there script demands ( im saying generally not specific to this post )

I did mind that too.

Really bothered me, I am not saying they were right.

What is there to understand? People are upset at Akshara for trying to make Abhi wear sindoor in yesterday's episode.

I'm not too clued on hindi rituals as I am not from that background but my thoughts on that scene was this while watching it:

Two couple madly in love, enjoying the ability to express it freely now were giddy and dreaming of marriage and forever. Akshu implusively reversed the sindoor application because 1) she was going with the flow and 2) normally she is serious but here being loved and able to show her love made her become silly - not a normal characteristic of her. It was also showing us, she is subtly claiming him as her forever partner and giving him a promise.

As a non- indian, I found it touching, loving and not at all insulting to a culture. Of course everyone feels differently so has the right to feel whatever emotion it brings up but I hope my perspective gives another insight to it as well.

Look when Abhi and Akshu made the mockery of relationships they were characters and people are flawed.

This thing is cv's making a mockery, it's actually not that big a issue easily ignorable if you don't like it but meher told me that they had done even worse in season two where they first shows sirat and kartik relationship as draupadi and Krishna and than made them Radha and Krishna. It's really insensitive.

I liked Abhi wearing Payal and having choti part because that's common.

PS: Read this in a pleasant tone..

I am taking you replying to me as invitation to further discussion.

So my point is Kartik and Sirat are not Krishna or Draupadi or Radha. They are mortal beings who do stupid shit all the time. At some time they might had a respectable best friend equation, which later evolved. Which CVs used their creative freedom to interpret. Why do we have to get upset over it. Definitely Gods do not need us to keep protecting them all the time?

Ofcourse, they don't but look I didn't even mind it yesterday. I was like ok it's weird but ok but after looking at this post I thought it's hurting people's sentiments so the cv's should keep that in mind.
