Yes. She tells him if she passes with first class next year she will break the marriage and go back to her home.

Infact she tells this to her father as well. This is how it starts. He tells her since you failed exam you do not have any say now. To that she asks her father if she gets first class next year would he let her break that marriage and he agrees 🤣
