Was Aarohi born to sirat and karthik or sirat and ranveer?

its confusing since I missed S2 I only viewed it in bits and pieces so please clear my doubt

Aarohi is Sirat and Kartik's daughter... Sirat had married Kartik six months after her first husband Ranveer died, so if Aarohi was Ranveer's child, tou Sirat would have to be visibly showing when she married Kartik, which she wasn't...

Aarohi being Sirat and Ranveer's is nothing but wishful thinking of those who wanted Kartik to only be faithful to Naira...

I was genuinely hoping she is Ranveer’s daughter because the marriage, pregnancy and birth happened sooo fast (in two episodes!)

Yes but there was a proper 6 whole months ki leap before the marriage also, so Sirat being pregnant during her marriage with Kartik is impossible. There is no way she is that out of touch with her body.
