After the confession abhi is happy, he got what he wanted. But this time punishment went to Neil by harsh and abhi like you said didnt stop it. So in future Neil will get punished for this abhira maybe by marrying arohi for some kaand. Neil will be at the receiving end of that punishment which he has to bear and abhi wont be there to save him.

When Harsh wi get Arohi again on head he will punish Neil that way . remember Arohi entered Birla house after fire accident when she was left at gate by Abhi not called by him, birla baba aur Neil invited her and she went in with left leg..you told perfectly and the connect scene is this. Like you told Abhi does know this arrangement. After fire he was in trance and trauma and now he is happy.

And one more thing after the marriage, ak will always get into issues due to arohi as she fainted due to arohi and abhi there to protect her, support her and bring her back to her feet and take her stand firm against arohi.. but ak might always protect and save arohi from all punishments.. like how ak saved her while she came rolling down the stairs.

she might save her as she is shown that way from toddler but Arohis khands comes out to all no doubt and Abhi is her saviour. After tilak1, he went normally crying without turning. Went on roads cried hit tyres infront of fire , his brothers took him home and he stopped his father slapping his mom as confusion happened from her.this time he is happily walking backwards as he won't backout in his love, happily roaming on roads , none is there with him but Neil got slapped as manjari is not confused this time..

Since ak is there and abhi did the laser treatment, she can see and no confusions, but the moment delusional queen comes near raitha matha, its again back to zero, matha confused with mirages and illusion
