Okay, I have a personal grievance against the phrase 'parivar ki izzat'. Uske naam pe bohot kuch hota hai, which does not take into consideration the feelings and emotions of the humans involved. I know meri baaton se bohot log agree nhi karenge, but mere chote se jeevan ke kuch experiences ke karan I say this. Hence, this episode and the precap was very triggering.

So, parivar ki izzat had first gotten messed up DUE TO THE PARIVARS ITSELF. They didn't talk properly, nobody clarified stuff, everyone assumed everything and then, the tilak fiasco happened. I felt soooo bad for all three of them, Abhi, Akshu and Aarohi, because they were the victims of the adults' incompetency and their own bubbles of happiness. That time, and time and again, Akshu sacrificed her own happiness for the parivar's izzat and Aarohi's happiness. Why doesn't anyone remember that? Why does noone think about it? Why does noone apologize to Akshu, for always being the one forced to sacrifice? What was her fault in all of this? What was Abhi's fault? He fell in love and everyone treated him as if he's the biggest predator in the world.

When Abhi had first mentioned marriage to Aarohi, I agree, it was a bad move. He made it in anger and he got caught in that whole web of making people happy. At the back of his mind, I think he felt either the Goenkas will say no or Akshu would finally speak up. None of those things happened.

Anyway, so, before he came to the Goenka house, (SINCE THE WHOLE WORLD HAS FORGOTTEN THIS FACTORY) Akhilesh and Aarohi went behind everyone's back and spoke to the Birlas.

This shows arohi has more support and bonding than akshu as akshu left house for 3 years and this bonding might have grown stronger. Why akhilesh is not speaking now. Why he is so silent. He can understand arohi but not akshu.

That time noone thought of parivar ki izzat? Manish had said no, they had made a collective decision, then why? Why did Aarohi go behind their back and agree to the alliance? Even after knowing that Abhi only loves Akshu (which he stated time and again, and told her that this is just a marriage of convenience, so you back off pls) Manish and the rest of the family conveniently forgot about the tilak fiasco, all that parivar izzat and shiZz, and silently said yes. Why? WHY? why is this izzat so selectively present everywhere? Nobody ever asked Akshu how she felt, and if this is okay. They all knew Abhi loved Akshu and still agreed. So what did they expect, that everything will be a smooth ride?

Completely agree. Goenkas could have easily avoided it if they would have spoken to their kids before accepting it. Abhi on their face said it would be arranged marriage. They could have atleast tried to ask akshu if she is okay from this. Without that think they are really wrong to ask her now why she did not confessed earlier. They make a mess and expect akshu to clear the mess.

I know, I know we all wanted a confession. We all are sooo happy and finally relieved, that AbhiRa finally chose their own happiness over their families. Over selfishness. I'm very very happy for them.

But, I know that the situation was not ideal. Drama shouldn't have stretched to the mandap. As a girl and a fellow human, I only feel bad that Aarohi had to go through that whole decked up and left at the altar drama. (Her deeds are too much to forgive, sorry)

But, I also understand, that sometimes in life, when you're pushed and pushed and you find yourself in a corner, suffocated, you take rash decisions and steps. You do whatever to save yourself at that moment. And that's what these two did. And, ABHI SAID IT TOO. Abhi clarified that they were not hiding and marrying, they just came to the temple to seek blessings and then they were coming to meet the family. It's just a coincidence that everyone reached the temple before all that.

Harsh is a master planner, he could have come up with something and not taken the baraat when Abhi went missing. Arrey, pretend someone is sick, MAKE UP A STORY. Hell, Manjiri hadn't even come till the last moment, you could have just used that thing. And tried to minimize some damage on the public front and then seen ki kya hota hai.

I know ki no matter what, samaaj will make a joke out of you. But honestly, that's what happens when you prioritise everything else except the feelings and emotions of humans involved. Samaj will say stuff no matter what you do, but apne baccho ko dekh toh lo, samajh toh jao unhe...

Idk, I'm just very angry with how everything is happening. All this could have been avoided if Goenkas and Birlas we're sensible. But Harsh, Manish, Mimi, Swarna...sab ek jaise hai. Inconsiderate and selfish. I'm including Mimi and Swarna in this because they never speak up, never say anything. And that's being selfish, because you're deliberately removing yourself from this situation.

Exactly everyone are equally responsible. 1st tilak mahima and akshu could have avoided it. She did not.

2nd proposal goenkas/arohi/abhi/akshu/manjari could avoided it but they did not.

Her stand in support of AbhiRa is appreciated, but I can never forget how she manipulated the whole tilak situation just to put Manjiri down. She could have easily helped avoid this fiasco, but apne sadistic pleasure ke liye she let this continue. Awful

Mahn exactly. This parivaar ki izzat never let a lot of us speak out heart out to our family. This parivaar ki izzat makes a lot of beautiful love stories incomplete love stories. This parivaar ki izzat pushes their children at the back seat! So damn, I done with this shit.

So, parivar ki izzat had first gotten messed up DUE TO THE PARIVARS ITSELF. They didn't talk properly, nobody clarified stuff, everyone assumed everything and then, the tilak fiasco happened. I felt soooo bad for all three of them, Abhi, Akshu and Aarohi, because they were the victims of the adults' incompetency and their own bubbles of happiness. That time, and time and again, Akshu sacrificed her own happiness for the parivar's izzat and Aarohi's happiness. Why doesn't anyone remember that? Why does noone think about it? Why does noone apologize to Akshu, for always being the one forced to sacrifice? What was her fault in all of this? What was Abhi's fault? He fell in love and everyone treated him as if he's the biggest predator in the world.

I am letting go of the sacrifice too, for a moment I am giving them a benefit of doubt that Akshu never speaks up but what about the physical and emotional abuse Aarohi do to Akshu? Why no one ever, ever raises their voice and questions at that? Why is it okay to get away with it?

When Abhi had first mentioned marriage to Aarohi, I agree, it was a bad move. He made it in anger and he got caught in that whole web of making people happy. At the back of his mind, I think he felt either the Goenkas will say no or Akshu would finally speak up. None of those things happened.

The decision was a bad move, no doubt. But it was taken after he was pushed to abyss. It was just so easy to blame Abhi (here), I guess. He was ready to make his mother happy at the cost of his because moments before he has lost all his.

It's just a coincidence that everyone reached the temple before all that.

Abhimanyu was right all along and they should have married in the temple - it's Akshara's unhealthy obsession over parivaar ki izzat that's going to snatch away her desires from her once again now.

It was only because of parivaar and Arohi's happiness that Akshara gave up her love. And even after Abhimanyu explaining this so clearly in the temple, these people still have the audacity to ask Akshara questions. They should apologize to her for the situation they have led her to, and scold her for sacrificing herself everytime.

Respect should be a two way thing. Give respect and take respect. The parivaar ki izzat is spoilt today only because of too much mahaanta and obsession over parivaar ki izzat.

Even if the parivaar is good and not shitty like Goenkas, there's still absolutely 0 sense and 0 requirement for any individual to trash their own happiness and feelings just for the so- called parivaar ki izzat.

And izzat shouldn't be more important than someone's mental peace and happiness. There's no point of izzat and putting up a facade in front of the world if it has to come at the cost of people's emotions and happiness. That's fake and just hypocrisy.

Logon ka kaam hi hai kehna, people will always point fingers at someone's izzat whether they're right or wrong. But mental peace and happiness will not come back if it's gone once.

If it was really a parivaar, they'll support the individual and understand where they're coming from.

You're very correct.. at this point, Akshu really needs to speak up. She needs to. She has to show everyone the mirror and make them see, ki what horrible mistakes they've done.

Iss baar Abhi ka dil agar toota, he won't survive it. And I'm so angry that their stupid parivar love will ruin stuff
