Koel wasn't saved by Karan, it was a team effort. And she herself had made efforts to get out of it. Seeking help is in itself a huge deal, because many don't do that, and taking a stand is as well.

Sanju ne bhi kayi baar bola hai, and she did try to take a stand, and she has.

And there are several other times they had all taken a stand. But aisi cheezen bhi hoti hain jahan par akele fight karna mushkil hota hai, because it's either way too personal or you're stuck in a situation where you usually need help from someone else. Yeh sirf ladkiyon ke saath nahi, ladkon ke saath bhi hota hai, where other people have to get the person out of a mess.

Monami is shown several times working as a doctor. Uska doctor status mention bhi hota hai, and dikhta bhi hai.

When Sid got dehydrated, Gauri ka operation, saving that kid's life in jungle, landslide ke time. She isn't training to be a doctor, or in a hospital jahan uski job as a doctor hai. She's a cadet, future commando, toh of course, she'll do things as a commando-in-training too.

Agar dikhane ki baat hai toh aaj kal itv mein sirf EMA or dumb heroines dikhate hai but India yeh toh nahi, isse bada hi hai.
