I think you have time, upto 45 days, to register the birth, and the name as well.

Varies with regions. Some have 21, some have 45. Some require you to do physical work, some can be done online. It's an extremely heterogenous process that hospitals now a days take care of.

But it's not a strict rule, so if you cross this limit you'll have to face police and revenue scrutiny before getting a birth certificate after late fee

So officially V and Shruti are not married but because the conduct is such it can be called a marriage. But still no proofs to prove it. As you said there are no photos of the ceremony, no witnesses and no certificate. So again.. will that be called a live-in relationship then as far as law is concerned? I understand that there are some legalities to a live in .. some recent changes I suppose.

As for the birth certificate question, i would like to read the judgement if it's in simple English and not the technical one 🤣.

I understand bigamy and infidelity are different, but this is emotional infidelity .. does it hold any ground?

@bold : Not in infidelity clauses weirdly. Emotional infidelity might matter if you're filing under cruelty or desertion.

Well, not exactly a live-in relationships. Because intention is an extremely important concept of the law and as a mental component that has no physical proofs depends on how good the arguments are.

If you're a damn good lawyer you can successfully argue that the client didn't have the intention to murder, but he had the knowledge that the guy might die. Sentence reduced that way.

The evolving legalities of live-in relationships are more about the rights arising for the people involved in it. Like maintenance, domestic violence etc.

Oh no, no judgments are simple. Plus legal articles are a horrendous bore unless you get used to them.

The way Pullu has disappeared after being the partner in crime for Sai only proves that we are up for more MU. He is the witness to her breakdown, her selfless intentions, her love and care for Virat, and her very motive of divorce was to save Virat and his job. I know the actor may be on leave, but choosing to omit him during this sequence was a conscious one. Because he is the only one who knows the truth and Sai well never reveal her intentions to anyone. And as usual Virat will accuse her of not trusting and abandoning him at his lowest.
