She did asked a reasonable question tho. She is with them but bhaag ke shaadi karna is not ideal for any parent and even generally, it's not.

I don't know how much she know about Aarohi but if she does not know the whole truth, her thinking about this public humiliation of Aarohi is not wrong.

See, she is still standing with them and she indirectly did passed her message- pyaar aur parivaar wala jo dialogue tha I don't remember.

And she wanted them to come out clean... Bhag kar shaadi kar rahe hai toh sawal uske bete aur uske bete ke pyaar par uth rahe hai. And very conveniently uske parvarish par uth rahe hai.

Manjiri is torn between the two sides. She loves her son, supports him in everything he does. She has to hear shiZz like because of her he's so spoilt and all, but she knows her son is good at heart, and she'll stand by him.

Even after this whole Aarohi fiasco, she knows she'll face her husband's anger, she knows family name barbad hoga, but she told them she'll stand by them, and that they should think about family also...

Ab usse lga that they won't do shaadi and stuff (although I don't know why they thought yeh dono shaadi kar rhe hai, because koi prep toh tha hi nhi xD), they'll just come and face the family. And itna tamasha dekhkr woh bas Abhi ko samjhana chah rhi thi... Abhi ke dimag mein abhi sirf chal rha hai that he wants public support of Akshu, and till that happens, usko chaen nhi hoga...

Isliye, I can't blame manjiri much for her stance...she's like that only, trying to do good by both family and son, and then ends up getting squished between them..

Exactly....and if we observe, she was clearly shocked with the way Aarohi was behaving with Akshu throughout. She was kinda feeling guilty for her choice of Aarohi for Abhi.
