I feel like Raavi might be Janardhan Seth's daughter. That's why the Bua is now suddenly interested in breaking her up with Shiva maybe. After the Pandya family was almost caught stealing loan papers and with some idea of past, she may have dug up more to make sure her political career is not sabotaged by his 'past affairs' and figured out that Raavi and Janardhan are related. That will be the next revelation in the show when they decide to get a divorce. Prior or post that some accident can happen and Janardhan Seth might come and donate blood to Raavi. Shiva can be shown repenting, staying over at hospital and being the first one to find out about the dad-daughter relations. Anyways he seems to have the most hate chemistry with Janardhan Seth all this while.

We have speculated all these things before 🤣🤣 we also made assumptions that sagar will be his illegitimate child and Rishita' brother...

I read a story in IF where Janu used to love Raavi's mom but she married her dad. That's why Janu has weakness for Raavi. 😆
