This Akshara is so unlikeble tbh

She has to be the weakest female lead in Yrkkh. She is a doormat for Arohi and her family. Now she is just blindly doing whatever Abhimanyu says. Does this girl not have a mind of her own so she can make some good balanced decisions. OG Akshara was a far superior and better written character. Naira was still a lot better than this Akshara. Now I hate the fact that her name is Akshara too. I loved OG Akshara. Why does she always have to do jaap of everyone? For the episodes before it was Arohi and in these two episodes it's Abhimanyu. Her being Mahaan and doing Aaru jaap is the reason she is in this situation now.

Can people write what they think of this Akshara.

Do have to admit that even naira is better written than this akshara. Naira was preachy and had a knack of running away from situations, but akshara of season 3 is an outright doormat for others, acts illogically and acts as selfless as any other female lead.

I didn't watch enough of original akshara to comment on her. I do know she was somewhat the more realistic portrayal of a woman compared to naira and akshara 2.0.

I have not seen any yrkkh leads but comparing her with other show leads. She is similar to them but it might be majorly because she dont have any one who will say that she is their family apart from goenkas and she is scared to loose them. Its like ekta's show currently.even though i did not liked her being silent till the end but i feel she might not be completely wrong. Here are my reason why she might be like that

1. She lost her parents and she got to know sirath is her step mother. Kairav atleast known she is his step mother but for akshara it was a shock.

2. She lost her mother and on the same day she lost her sister too.

3. Post that she lost all her family members as she moved out to other city. If akshara would have stayed in goenka house nobody would have ignored her. Her decision to stay away from arohi also made her distant from her family.

4. Now she just has a family for name sake. She still believes everyone cares for her.

Why abhi and akshara compliments with each other is because both are sort of caught up with the family issues.

Abhi has accepted that his family does not care for him anymore.

Akshara still hopes that someday they will see her as their own family member.

But i know over all story of all three season i feel why akshara seems to be so different than other female leads is because.

1. Akshara og was completely grown under family values. So she knows whats right what wrong. She knows how everyone behaves in each situation.

2. Naira on the other end she did not had much family touch so she used to whatever it feels like its right.

3. Hamari akshu is in between both the things. She does not know how her family reacts nor tries to give them any surprise. She cares for family as well and she is not so bold like naira as she never met her mother to learn those behaviour 😊

This is what i feel about akshara but she has totally become mahaan which i do not like. I hope abhi teaches her how to respect yourself. How to find yourself first than trying to please others 😊

Akshara made sense till the confession. We might not like it but Akshu had 2 priorities in life. One is Aaru and the other is her family. Goenkas mostly ignored her and Aarohi treated her badly but she put up with it. She made a few strong statements but that was a one off thing..she went back to her meek self soon enough.

Abhimanyu did not make it to her priority list. She gave him up for Aarohi and made peace with it. Yes, she still stared at him, dreamed of him, let him talk shit to her BUT she was clear that she will not go against her family and she will not hurt Aarohi.

Then the writer changed or they decided that Akshu needs to suddenly change her mind and they did a 180 degree turn to her stance. She suddenly doesn't seem to care for either her family's reputation or her sister's reputation. Bhaad mein Gaye sab..she suddenly wants to confess and be lovey dovey with Abhimanyu.

Why? Nobody knows. Now Aaru jaap looks fake and Abhi jaap also looks fake. It's not about liking a character..it's about consistency. The minute Akshu stopped behaving consistently..her character stopped making sense.

Weak or strong..doesn't matter. It's a learning curve and she could have learned to be strong but you can't fix khoklapan that Akshu is exhibiting
